1. Solid advice on not dating someone who doesn’t have massive character defects in order. Or, as you stated, if you’re that person, put in the work now. I tell twenty-somethings often to become the type of person they’d want to marry now, so that they’re not working on it later.
2. My wife and I do premarital counseling for our church, so you end up talking about everything from finances to sex. One thing we recommend over and over to couples is having a “SexPectations” talk a few weeks prior to getting married as it will only enhance their marriage and sex life together.
